Community Repaving Notice
 

Dear Community Members,

This is a friendly reminder that our community repaving project will begin at 7:00 AM on Monday, June 22. The project will be completed in three phases, with each phase requiring
road closures and parking restrictions.

Project Schedule

• Phase 1: June 22–23, beginning at 7:00 AM each day

• Phase 2: June 25–26, beginning at 7:00 AM each day

• Phase 3: June 26 at 7:00 AM through June 27 at 8:30 AM

Important Reminders

• Please carefully review the closure maps that were provided and taped to your garage. These maps contain important details regarding how the project will impact access to your home.

• Pay close attention to all Road Closures and No Parking signs.

• Vehicles parked in restricted areas or violating posted signs and barricades will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

• Please move all vehicles out of affected areas before the scheduled start time.

• Share this information with all members of your household and plan accordingly.

Once work begins, please do not enter any closed sections of the community until all barricades have been removed by the paving contractor.
 

Please note that Management is not responsible for any personal property damage caused by tracking paving materials into or around homes. Residents will be charged for any damage resulting from driving or walking on newly sealed streets before barricades have been removed.
