Notice: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
COURTS WILL BE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC, INCLUDING BICYCLES, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM ON:
THURSDAY JUNE 1ST (RED on map)
&
FRIDAY JUNE 2ND (YELLOW on map)
SATURDAY JUNE 3RD: Re-striping the parking stall in the courts. There will be NO PARKING in the parking areas from 8:00AM-5:00PM
Each court will soon receive a seal coat surfacing. Seal coat surfacing consists of asphalt emulsion and sand that will require 4 to 5 hours to dry and be ready for traffic. If you wish to use your car, we recommend that it be parked on a section of street not scheduled to be sealed before 7:30am.
Once placed down on the street, these materials can stain your car, carpets, and floors if driven (or walked) through before it is dry. Please do not wash cars, or water lawns the day work is scheduled. Emergency vehicles will have access to all sections of the streets at all times. We realize the inconvenience this creates, and we thank you for your patience!
The street closure schedule is designed to inconvenience the residents as little as possible. Our intention is to protect the roadway and personal property during the course of our work. Please keep in mind that once we have placed this product on your street you will not be able to leave your driveway until the street has been opened back up to traffic.
FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AND ANIMALS AWAY FROM THE AREA WHILE CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS.
